At Purenicpouch, we work hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our pouch products.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear return and refund policy.
 
Order modification or cancellation
We support modification or cancellation of orders before they are shipped, but we will not support this request after the order is shipped because the package cannot be intercepted.
It usually takes 24 hours from order confirmation to shipment, so if you want to cancel or modify the order, please be sure to contact our customer service support@purenicpouch.com before then
Cancellation requests received on Saturdays and Sundays may not be processed until the next business day.
 
Return and Refund Conditions
1.Returns are only supported for products that are damaged, defective or incorrect during transportation, and evidence of damage or defect is required
2.Products must be returned by contacting customer service within 14 days of receipt, and must be kept in their original, unopened and unused state. Once more than 14 days, we will no longer support returns and refunds.
3.If the goods are seized by customs, we will proactively contact you to confirm whether to re-ship or refund in full
4.If you receive the wrong quantity or wrong goods due to our mistake, you have the right to request a correction of the order or a refund. Please contact our customer service and provide photos of the goods as evidence. We will solve your problem in a timely manner.
 
Return process
1.Apply for return and refund: Please contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving the product to apply for return and refund. Please prepare your refund reason and photo proof
2.Return and refund approval: Customer service will determine whether your request is reasonable based on our refund policy.
3.Initiate return and refund: If your refund application is approved, we will provide you with a return address and refund you within 3-7 working days after receiving your returned goods.
 
Please note: We only bear the shipping costs incurred when the goods are sent to you, which will be given to you when we refund (if you paid);
but the shipping costs incurred when you return the goods need to be borne by you.
 
 
Refund Time
1.We will process the refund within 3-7 business days after receiving your returned item
2.If the refund is to your PayPal account, it may take 5-7 business days to arrive. If the refund is to your credit card account, the process may take 7-14 business days to be fully completed.
The specific refund time depends on your bank's official processing schedule, as different payment methods may have different processing times.
 
Please note: The payment method may charge a small fee when refunding, which will be borne by the recipient.
 
 
Refund method
The refund will be made using the original payment method used when purchasing. If you need to change the payment method, please contact our customer service in time for processing;
In special circumstances, if the payment account cannot be directly refunded, we will refund by transfer, and the customer service will communicate with you in time.
