• United States: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
• Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom: Orders are shipped via local postal services in each respective country, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note:
• Tracking numbers will be generated 2-3 business days after shipment as the carrier needs time to accept, inspect, and register the packages.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to the increased volume of orders.

- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam's estimated shipping time is 20-30 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight. We currently offer the following shipping rates:
• Free shipping for orders over $49.99 to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
• For orders under $49.99, a shipping fee of $7.99 applies to these regions.

• For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We do not offer shipping to other countries or regions at this time. Additionally, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal service interruptions, or customs processing. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you via email.
Special Circumstances
1. During certain events or holidays, increased order volumes may cause backlogs and delays at transit hubs. This could result in a 3-5 business day delay at transfer points due to package queues. Data transmission delays from overburdened hubs may also occur.
2. International holidays may affect carriers and factories, leading to delays in shipping. Please check our emails and website for updates during these times. If your package is still within the estimated delivery window, we kindly ask for your patience.
3. In the event of strikes, natural disasters, or customs interceptions, shipments may be affected. We will notify you immediately via email or website, and you may contact our support team at support@purenicpouch.com for updates. In cases of extended delays, we may reship the package or offer compensation. Please contact our customer service team for details.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Lost Packages:
• If your package is lost in transit, the carrier will notify us, and we will contact you immediately. We will replace your items or issue a refund.
• If your package is lost after being marked as delivered, please follow these steps:
1. Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
2. Check with household members or neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf, or if it was left in a nearby location.
3. Contact your local postal service for more information on the delivery.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@purenicpouch.com immediately. You may need to provide photos of the damaged items along with your order information for verification. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the items or issue a refund.
9. International Shipping Responsibilities
For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, any applicable duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
10. Age Verification
How is age verification conducted?
Before placing an order, we have an age verification process on our website. Some states also require an adult signature upon delivery. More information on this requirement can be found below. For orders that require an Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) at delivery, our carrier will attempt to deliver three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and the cost will be borne by you.
What is the Adult Signature Requirement?
The Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) is an essential part of Purenicpouch’s shipping policy, ensuring responsible delivery of our products in states where ASR is mandatory. This means that someone 21 years of age or older must be present at the delivery address to receive the package. A valid ID confirming your age must be presented, and a signature is required to release the package.
To avoid issues, please be prepared with a valid ID when USPS or other carriers attempt to deliver. Complying with this requirement helps us maintain legal standards, and we appreciate your cooperation.
